The fourth in a series of talks by the very popular local historian, Alan Thorne, at the Penarth Yacht Club. These talks are being organised by the Yacht Club in collaboration with the Penarth Civic Society.

This, the fourth and final talk, will cover Penarth ship owners and their mansions.
