Upper Cosmeston Farm proposals.

Updated: Feb 26, 2021

The Penarth Civic Society is opposed to the proposed development at Upper Cosmeston Farm in Penarth.

While Penarth Civic Society (PCS) accept that more housing is needed we have questions about what type of housing is required and where it should it be located. The site at Upper Cosmeston Farm has been allocated for housing in the Vale of Glamorgan LDP. The impact of this development should not be looked at in isolation but must be considered along with the proposed developments in Sully, Llandough and Cog Road, Penarth.

Penarth Civic Society has very serious concerns about the plan to develop this area. Please click below to download the PDF with our views in full.
